We just bought a new Volkswagen Astro today. We had a very good experience with a knowledgeable Salesman and excellent finance person. Our experience was very easy and very upfront In explaining all the details and questions we had. We left very satisfied and encourage others to stop by the dealership and talk with the sales personnel.
The service manager was awesome to deal with. He was certainly busy and he was handling several customers at once but gave us his full attention. The job was done quickly and at a fair price.

Mike in the service center deserves recognition for providing outstanding service. Our Cross Sport had a wiring issue that needed fixed. The problem was we just can’t be without a vehicle. We are impressed with Bridgeport VW staff. Each employee we dealt with was superb. They made it easy to buy here and there is no doubt that we will be back even though there are many dealers closer to us.
Service here has been much improved. It was spotty a few years back but I’ve had real good service here the past couple years. They have a new dealership that is actually in Bridgeport. It is very nice. It is great to have a modern place to bring my VW.
We had a terrific experience buying a Cross Sport here. Everyone we dealt with was no pressure and extremely helpful. Austin was our sales person and let me tell you he is the best one I’ve ever dealt with. He was informative and patient and never turned us off with any tactics. We will certainly be buying here again.
This Volkswagen dealership is really quite impressive. The staff treated us wonderfully and did not place any undue pressure on us. Austin is a good salesman and we recommend seeing him.

I was interested in finding a good deal on a used car when I contacted these guys. Austin answered me quickly and did not beat around the bush. He sent me all of the info I asked for which was a welcome change from what I’ve experienced from other dealerships. It was going to be a long trip and we werent going to drive all that way without knowing all the pricing, fees. Austin was totally up front and when we go there it went just as he said. It really was superb.
All of my dealing at Clarksburg have been really good. My sales guy isn’t there anymore and that made me a little hesitant wondering if I’ll still get good service like i always had from him. Well I’ve gotten excellent service from all of the staff. They’ve been helpful and caring. They are very easy to talk to and deal with.
We have had awesome dealings with Clarksburg VW. Chauncey our sales person was patient and great to deal with. The manager that helped us finish the deal was down to earth and struck me as very honest. We bought a new Cross Sport and after shopping a few different brands for months we are glad with the choice we made. The sales area could use a facelift as the dealership is old, but the people we dealt with were so great that it didn’t matter. I would suggest anyone to check them out if you like VW.
Real good service workers at this VW dealership. They fixed my Beetle without any issue. Also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I suggest to go here for any VW work.

VW Clarksburg was refreshingly nice to do business with. Our Passat has been running rough and we were not willing to spend a lot to fix it. It turned out to be a simple fix that only cost $200. We will definitely be back

I ended up at Volkswagen Clarksburg by unfortunate circumstances (tow in due to breakdown), but everything about my experience was outstanding! From Katie’s initial calm and sympathetic response to my initial phone call along with tow recommendations and rental car location suggestion, to Mike’s patient and quick look to what might be wrong when the car got there. We looked around for a while before making a decision to purchase but ultimately came back to Clarksburg VW due to their sales managers follow up. Chris was attentive to what we wanted, not pushy, and very professional. It took them less than a week to have our car diagnosed properly, which was the problem at the other place, and then fixed correctly. I highly recommend Clarksburg VW if you are looking for a dealership that will treat you well and you will comfortable at. They always take their time to really go over my Touareg. As a single woman I appreciate bringing my car to someone I trust. They don’t try to gauge me or seek me things I don’t need, just good people.
They do a nice job. The place is old but they keep it clean and comfortable. They don’t seem to have any of the high end Audi’s in there. I guess not a lot of Clarksburg hobos buying those. But they keep a nice selection of Q5 and Q7s. They do a good service for you. I like the way they take care of my RS5.
What a great experience! This Audi dealership really stepped up and took care of us. We had a few issues finding quality service for our Audi in the past- nothing terrible just not what I was looking for. The Clarksburg shop really did a great job. I’ve had a series of excellent interactions with VW in Clarksburg. It actually started as a problem that my OLD dealer couldn’t seem to figure out. Anyhow, after asking me a lot of questions and talking through the problem the Clarksburg dealer was able to fix my car properly the FIRST time they had it. I bought my new Audi here and it was an excellent place to buy. The sales team was up front with me and knowledgeable about the Audi line. I think I got the best deal, so I’m happy with that, but even more happy that it was nice and easy. None of the tricks or pressure some other places try.

The oil light and EPC light came on so took my 2015 Jetta to VW Clarksburg. Service tried all kinds of tests but they could not get the lights to go off. They called Volkswagen itself and they decided there was a glitch in the computer so did an update and the lights went off. It was a mystery to solve which they did luckily. They have proven to be trustworthy and have gone above a normal level of service to make sure we are satisfied customers. I used to send my car to Washington PA for service, no more. The Clarksburg dealer is better equipped to handle my service work.

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable waiting area except for the small bathroom. Coffee and snacks were very tasty. The folks do very well considering the old structure / building but a new one would add to their ability to serve and the overall impression regarding products and service offered.
I brought my Jetta in for a check engine light. It was diagnosed quickly and Katie stated it is still under warranty. So, she ordered the part and am waiting for it to arrive. Katie is awesome to deal with. She seems a little overworked but she handles it well.

I've been going to VW of Clarksburg since 2010. They provide excellent sales and service. My first oil change was free of charge since they enrolled me in the RevRewards program. There is a VW dealer about 30 miles from my house but I drive over 100 miles because of the personalized service from VW of Clarksburg.
The headlight on my Jetta failed. When I called the service representative told me to bring my car in and they would fix it immediately. They replaced the headlight and performed a multi-point inspection on the car. They told me I needed new windshield wipers, which I asked them to replace. About an hour after dropping off my car, I was on my way with a new headlight and new wiper blades. I could not ask for better service.
No surprises, staff was very friendly and work done quicker than expected. Will be back again. Great improvement with service staff. Even washed the Bug without me asking. May switch to Audi soon, but will stay with VW Clarksburg.
We have been doing business with VW Clarksburg since 1985! We drive 122 mile one way to work with the great folks at VW/Audi Clarksburg. We pass two other VW dealers to get to Clarksburg for all our new cars as well as service. You won't find a better group of people to work with, and Jeff the GM is a pleasure to work with. The best service dealership in Harrison County. I have used the service Dept. on several different occasions, simply great. Always big friendly smiles. They treat you like you are there only customer. No one knows the Saturn Automobiles better than they do, even if you didn't buy it from them, but need service don't be afraid to take your car or truck to them. I trust them, and that is saying alot from me.
